* BUGFIX Changed the way in which the SecureCode is generated. It is no longer using the network card at all. It also does not use the CPU_ID because that was very slow. It now uses a combination of the Motherboard_ID and the BIOS_ID. There are things that are unique to every machine and have a very low likelihood of changing (unlike the network card). In my initial testing, the speed to generate this code has been reduced significantly, but in the future we may want to investigate another method for ECToolbox to verify that it is licensed.
* Added ability for MCP to automatically send an ECTb Review File to Syntermed Live. This behavior will only occur if MCP is running and the ECTb Review File is added to the directory of the first local tab.

We need to make a company wide decision as to whether or not I should delete the physical license.
