ReconTools™ v2.0 (Build: 20130521.212627)

New Features

Swap Filtered and Unfiltered transaxial images on then Recon Main page.
Added support to navigate between any pages without re-running the function for the current page.
Remember the status of any page once a user proceeds to the next page.
Allow a user to change the start angle and/or scan arc at any time on the Recon Main page and proceed with the new values to the Reorient page.
Added gated QC display on the Recon Main Gated tab that plots the max count per projection for each gate of the gated planar data.
Added the ability to display 16 gates on the gated drop down list on the Recon Main Gated tab.
Added the ability to reorient transaxial data (eg. PET).
Added the ability to limit the number of SA slices written into the SA volume.
Added support for different variations of planar data.
Added the ability to apply motion correction to planar data.
Added support (ie labels) for FDG data.
Added a slider bar to manually cine through the planar projection data.
Added support for doing a better job of displaying the description of the status of the current and/or proceeding page.
Added a preference file to allow for customization of Study matching (Stress, Rest, FDG) and Isotope matching.
Added the ability to change the reorientation angle without having to redraw the reorientation line.
Added center lines for SA, HLA and VLA to aid in reorientation.

Bug Fixes

For iterative reconstruction, define the filter kernel using the entire 3D image for post filtering.
If a user attempted to change the protocol selection on any page other than the Study Verify page or Recon page, Recon Tools would exhibit erratic behavior.
If a user attempted to change the start angle or scan arc on any page but the recon page, Recon Tools would freeze.
If a user navigated back to the Recon Main page from the Reorient page, and manually changed any of the filter coefficients, when returning to the Reorient page, the images were not updated with the new filter values.
Display SA limit lines only for normal zoom.
