Bug Fixes
Many pop-up windows were not "MODAL", meaning they would allow you to interact with the underlying NeuroQ window. This sometimes caused unexpected behaviors and crashes.
NeuroQ would crash when doing a "Save All" with NeuraCeq data.
If a user had set a User normal database as the default, or selected a user normal database from the control database dropdown, then performed an amyQ processing, the user normal database would be used instead of the appropriate amyloid normal database.

NeuroQ™ v3.5
(Build: 20100519.232015)
New Features
Fixed Region Save Screen - provides the ability to save just the cluster screen from the NeuroQ results page.
Program Screen Display Default – provides the capability to remember the color map and scaling settings so that if they are changed by the user they will keep those settings and not revert back to the default settings if the screen is changed during review.
Save Table Update – modifies the save table feature so that when you save tables it saves both the 47 clusters and all regions in the same file.
Added Quality Control Processing Nomenclature - provides text in the saved review file so that from the MCP display it will indicate if the study has gone through scalp correction or rigid registration.
Improved Performance - improved speed for elastic and rigid registration.
Normal Limit Development Module – provides the ability to create a user-defined SPECT or PET brain normal database to use in the NeuroQ application.
Slice Display Update – adds the ability to display the patients brain slices both before and after registration.
Default Reformatting Iterations Set to 10 - if rigid registration is performed the default iterations used for reformatting is set to 10 which was found to be the optimal number of iterations if rigid registration is performed on the data based on a UCLA study.
Auto Processing - if rigid registration is performed then the program will automatically go to main page and start reformatting with 10 iterations.
Generic Nomenclature – established naming convention so that the program can handle new imaging agents, i.e. amyloid, SPECT, user-defined normal limits etc.
Bug Fixes
Both of the left-hand images (original patient transaxial slices) on the left-hand side of the Study Comparison screen displayed the images and date from the newest study, instead of showing the images and date from the older study in the top left image. All other images and information on this page were displayed correctly.

Language localized GUI to: Danish, Dutch, French, Italian, German, Norwegian, Spanish and Swedish.
Add a preference dialog box for setting the default language.
Bug Fixes
If a study was reformatted with X iterations, and then reformatted again with an additional Y iterations, the final result was not the same as performing an initial reformatting with X + Y iterations. This has now been corrected.

¶
NeuroQ™ v3.0
(Build: 20081022.222322)
Bug Fixes
In EQuAL™, make sure an ROI has at least 3 points before using it.
If a review file contains more than one PET or CT series, only read the first one (this maintains backward compatibility with NeuroQ v2.0).
Display the Series Description on the Main page and the PET/CT page.
If a user clicked on Done without saving the results, then clicked on "OK" on the subsequent save results dialog box, NeuroQ would crash.
If QC changed after a reformat, the number of iterations could not be selected to re-execute a reformatting.
All of the temporary reformatting files are now stored in a temporary directory.
The QC page now only responds to button-press events (prevents some rare crashes where a user might click in a window, then move the mouse outside of the window and release the button).

¶
NeuroQ™ v3.0
(Build: 20080821.130210)
Bug Fixes
PET/CT data with ICON image sequences is now read properly.
PET data that is not 128x128 is now read properly.
Workflow issues when performing QC, then reformatting, then going to EQuAL™, then back to the Main page (reformatting results would be erased).
In the above scenario, if there were less than 11 abnormal clusters or regions, NeuroQ™ would crash when trying to erase the reformatting results.
On the PET/CT page, if you switched to the "Bone" window level, then clicked on any of the images, the window level of the CT changed.
